House District 3

Congrats!
HB07 1126 has come to fruition! My bill authorized the certification of animal physical therapists. I am pleased to announce that on Feb. 25 Marty Pease, of Canine Rehabilitation & Conditioning Group in Englewood, became the first person in the state to receive the Animal Physical Therapy certification. Congratulations, Marty!

SB 164 Town Meeting with Rep. Rice
And finally, we legislators have been receiving a substantial amount of calls and emails regarding SB 164 by Sen. Peter Groff and Rep. Terrance Carroll. This bill increases limitations on damages for non-economic loss or injury in medical malpractice cases.
My office mate, Rep. Joe Rice, whose District 38 is adjacent to ours, will host a forum for proponents and opponents of the bill to talk about the issue. The forum will take place Thursday, March 13, beginning at 7:00 p.m., at the Littleton City Building, 2255 W. Berry Ave., in the Community Room.
You are cordially invited to attend!
